1. Refund Policy: All bookings are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to someone else—just email us in advance so we can update the registration.
2. This is not a coaching session: This circle is a reflective and facilitated space for personal insight and connection. No coaching, consulting, or business advice will be offered.
3. Respect & Confidentiality: What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. All participants agree to respect the privacy, dignity, and experiences of others.
4. Punctuality & Presence: Please arrive a few minutes early. The circle begins promptly at 10:00am and finishes at 12:00pm. Late entry may disrupt the container.
5. Health & Wellbeing: If you’re feeling unwell, please do not attend in person. Contact us as early as possible so we can make arrangements where appropriate.
6. Photography & Promotion: This is a private, closed-door event. No photos or recordings will be taken unless express consent is given.
