I Thought My Webinar Disaster Was the End—Turns Out, It Was Just the Beginning
When things go wrong in business, it’s easy to think the worst. During a recent webinar, everything fell apart—participants couldn’t get in, the software kept dropping out, and I was convinced everyone thought I was completely unprofessional.
But something unexpected happened. Instead of judgment, the attendees told me how relieved they were to see that it happens to me, too. It was a moment of vulnerability, connection, and growth I didn’t see coming.
Turn Business Mistakes into Growth
If you’ve ever made a business mistake and wanted to crawl into a hole, I get it. In those moments, it’s easy to tell yourself, “This is a disaster, I’ve ruined everything.”
But here’s the truth: business mistakes are not the end—they’re the beginning of growth. They show us where things need to shift, help us realign with our authentic selves, and ultimately, they make us stronger. Without them, there’s no growth.
You can make mistakes, or you can stay where you are—but you can’t grow without mistakes.
