Feeling Ignored by Your Customers? Here’s Why

You’re working hard on your products and you’re sure that your customers need them and /or your services.  You have been so brave.  Sharing your retreat, workshops, massage, floristry etc. with them on social media and other channels.

You’re standing there shouting about what you do and why it’s great…

When it comes to inviting your customers into a story, we know by now that we need to be super clear about who they are and what they want.  We also need to delve deep into what’s stopping them achieving their dream, how that feels for them and why it’s just plain wrong!

When you start to talk about your products and services, are you remembering to keep that customer int he story or.. is it ALL EYES ON ME as you work hard to show you know what you’re doing!
